My visit was completed with no issues. Parking was available not far from the entrance to the facility. The staff were friendly and explained what they were doing and what would come next. The procedure was painless and I had no recollection of what happened. I was drowsy that afternoon but otherwise had no post-procedure problems.

Procedure went through without a hitch. Very professional and efficient. In and out in about 3 hours for a colonoscopy.

I was impressed by the efficiency, professionalism and care that I got Center of Allen for my endoscopy. Everyone who cared for me was kind, informative and Caring. All in all it was a very positive experience.

Went for 2 procedures on 4/9 with Dr SAI, I cannot say enough great things about DHC Allen! The front staff was friendly, the nurses and anesthesiologist were amazing, I was super anxious and they made feel very comfortable, they even noticed I was cold and brought out warm blankets. The procedure went well I didnt even feel any pain afterwards. they also texted me to see how I was doing the day after. DR SAI visited me afterwards and showed me some pictures and what he thought could be the issue but would follow up later with results. Staff assisted me in leaving center safely as well. THANK YOU!! DEF RECOMMEND!
